Detailed info

After graduating from the University of Maryland with a BA in communication, I held various roles in broadcasting, including; traffic reporter, sports producer, and radio DJ. I was fortunate to be in the right place at the right time to land my first big break. While working part-time at Billboard magazine, I landed a role in the newly formed electronic publishing division in the mid-1990s. This started my career in all things digital. My second big break was when I was hired as their original VP of Sales at LivePerson. This was the beginning of my startup career and where I felt most comfortable.

After helping to take LivePerson public and living through the dot com bust of the early 2000s, I switched to the marketing automation space joining Digital Impact and then moving to CheetahMail as their SVP of Sales. I had a great run at CheetahMail, growing to over $150M in revenue and a successful exit and acquisition by Experian. From there, I continued to challenge myself in different roles and industries. I joined TrustedID as their VP of Sales & Business Development, then to Amadesa as their CRO, where I helped broker a successful exit through my relationship with LivePerson. After leaving SugarCRM as their SVP of Enterprise sales, I took on a new challenge and started my B2B sales consulting consultancy Sales@Scale where I would help early-stage startups with their GTM planning & execution. However, the startup world called again, and I joined True Fit as their CRO, where I had a great run helping, raising funding, building the revenue organization, and growing their marque customer base. Then it was back to leading Sales@Scale, helping numerous VC-backed startups like; Rebelmail, Shipt, and Handshake get off the ground and execute their GTM plan.

Most recently, I joined Kustomer to build their enterprise business. As their Head of Enterprise, I quickly created the sales motion, built the team, and grew revenues, which helped lead to a very successful exit and acquisition by Meta for over $1B. I’ve since departed Meta to pursue new opportunities.

I continue to be passionate about the journey and what life has in store daily.
