As a Customer Engineering leader with focus on Data & AI, I bring over 18+ years of experience in driving cloud computing solutions adoption and fostering strong customer relationships across diverse roles, including pre-sales, post-sales, corporate strategy, and engineering. Currently leading the Data & AI Customer Engineering team for Microsoft in the Americas, my expertise lies in accelerating cloud platform deployments at scale and shaping the next generation of Microsoft Analytics and AI products and services. My background in both business and technical leadership has enabled me to define strategies, create roadmaps, and build high-performing teams that deliver on revenue and business objectives. With a solid track record of executing envisioning workshops and leveraging offerings to boost platform consumption, I have developed over 20 distinct AI/ML use-cases across various industries, employing technologies such as natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI/LLMs (OpenAI models). As a former IBM Master Inventor, I hold 16 patents across the US, Canada, and China, and have co-authored an IBM Redbook on application modernization. Over the course of my career I accumulate a series of achievements that include the Invention Plateau Award, Manager’s Choice Award, Outstanding Technical Achievement Award, and High-Performing Seller Award.
