I was most recently the CEO of SightPlan, a provider of both mobile and web-based property operations software, with a specific focus on assisting maintenance teams with tools to improve efficiency and performance. SightPlan was sold to public company SmartRent in early 2022 and I remained on the team for a year to assist in the transition. My career has focused primarily on multifamily property management, culminating as the executive director of Greystar, overseeing U.S. real estate operations and their Client Services group after having successfully sold Riverstone Residential Group to Greystar in 2014. I co-founded Riverstone Residential Group in 2006, serving as President and co-CEO, when Trammell Crow Residential Services (TCRS) decided to exit the property management business. At the time I was serving as a Regional President and on the TCRS Board and successfully floated an option to them to purchase the company. I had previously served as a regional manager and vice president at Summit Properties. I’ve held numerous leadership and Board roles at the National Apartment Association and National Multi-Housing Council. I’m a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in chemical engineering and hold a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
