Detailed info

Stacey has over 25 years in entrepreneurial and executive leadership roles and is the Co-Founder and former CEO of Mariana Tek. She established Mariana Tek as a leading business management platform for the boutique fitness industry and led the Company through its acquisition by global private equity firm, Advent International. The Company became known for its best-in-class user experiences, its market-leading mobile app, and a robust enterprise-focused application. Prior to that, Stacey co-founded Flywheel Sports where she served as Executive Vice President and led its technology division. Stacey and her team built the company’s proprietary studio management software from scratch, a first in the industry. She also launched the boutique industry’s first iOS app to great acclaim. The Flywheel app served as the industry’s standard-bearer for many years. As VP of Online Publishing at American Lawyer Media, Stacey built and ran a highly profitable portfolio of web-based businesses across dozens of leading legal brands. Stacey also has experience making strategic investments, including leading an early financing round in grocery delivery company PeaPod which she did as a member of the M&A team at Tribune Company. Stacey’s first startup experience was the Food Network as its first VP of Marketing – and the network’s fourth employee – where she helped develop, launch and grow the popular cable network. That’s where she fell in love with startups and early stage companies, and developed her burning desire to do things people didn’t think possible. She now runs CFH Advisors – a company focused on advisory services, board representation and angel investing – and currently sits on the board at Barry’s.
