Managing Director - Digital and Direct Channels at Delta Air Lines
Simon Bramley led Digital Strategy at Delta Air Lines, where he was responsible for the strategic vision, development roadmap, and operations of delta.com, the Fly Delta app, and customer-facing digital touchpoints in airports. In that role, Simon led a full redesign and re-platforming of Delta’s digital customer experiences, a major component of Delta’s overall digital transformation and cloud migration. These initiatives have helped achieve numerous industry firsts and led to the Fly Delta app winning multiple Best Airline App awards from major national and international publications. Before joining Delta in 2015, Simon held P&L responsibility for multiple eCommerce lines of business at Travelocity.com, and previously held leadership roles in finance and sales at American Airlines. Simon earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the London School of Economics, a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
