Sheryl’s career highlights include driving talent development transformations, revamping new hire orientation programs, establishing and leading Learning & Development teams, and designing inaugural learning strategies. Notably, her leadership has led to digital transformations resulting in significant increases in voluntary learning engagement within global employee bases.
