Born in New Jersey, raised in Arkansas, and now firmly grounded in Texas, Ron MacKay has served his country as a United States Army Soldier, served his community as a local police department executive, and now serves his employees as an operations leader in the semiconductor industry. Ron has led organizations as small as four and as large as 300. A seasoned operations leader, he previously held a Chief of Operations role overseeing all US combat operations over the four southern provinces of Iraq. An avid outdoorsman, his passions include boating, wakesurfing, competitive shooting, travel, camping, hiking, and watching sports, especially college softball. He has successfully performed a cannonball into a body of water in 40 states and eight countries.
