Robert (Bob) Sullivan leads Agero’s Technology Shared Services organization. This includes Cyber Security, Cloud Operations, Data Networking, Site Reliability, L1/L2 Support, End User Services, IT FinOps, IT PMO, and Telecommunications teams. Bob is the executive tasked with delivery of highly reliable IT solutions within this life safety organization.

Bob has over 25 years experience in the contact center, software, and telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining Agero (2015), Bob held several roles at eGain (after their acquisition of Exony) including Director of Technical Account Manager, Director of Sales, and Director of Professional Services. He joined Exony from Stream, a large global contact center outsourcer where he headed Global Telecommunications. Early in his career, he worked at EquiServe/Bank of Boston where he worked for eight years in a number of telecommunications and customer service roles. B

ob holds a BA in Business Administration. He holds various certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is a member of multiple Client Advisory Boards in the Software Solution and Cyber Security space. Bob serves on the Boston CIO Governing group. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
