Rob is the CEO and Founder of XLO Global, where he helps learning teams drive more business value. He is a strategic advisor to several Learning & Development companies. He is the former CLO at McDonald’s, which he joined in 2014 and had the responsibility for the overall learning and development strategy and execution across all restaurants around the world. Prior to his current role, Lauber was the Vice President, Yum! University at Yum! Brands, and the Executive Director of Learning Services at Cingular Wireless. While at Cingular, his team was recognized as a Top 100 Training organization by Training Magazine over three consecutive years
