I lead the Microsoft Viva Glint Product Team and cross-functional teams working on bringing new innovations and capabilities to enhance the overall employee experience and increase organization level productivity. I bring over 20 years experience in Employee Experience and HR Transformation processes, products and technology. Prior to joining Microsoft I lead a team in KMPG’s Human Capital Advisory practice working with customers going through Employee Experience and HR Transformations where I worked with a wide range of HR and Employee Experience solutions, and before joining KPMG I was a Director on the founding product team at ServiceNow who built the Employee Workflows solutions (HR Case Management, Onboarding and Transitions, Employee Service Center, and Document Management).
