Pete is a three time CEO and two time President. He has helped to grow many companies from nothing, and has helped to create four ‘Unicorns’. Exec teams he has been a part of or led, have made many mistakes along the way, as well as getting a lot of things right. He currently enjoys helping scale-ups avoid the stuff that kills companies and do more of the stuff that creates successful outcomes.
