My sweet spot has been helping series B round companies scale through improving go to market strategy and execution. I enjoy looking at optimizing and finding levers/needle movers to improve unit economics (CAC, payback, rule of 40, CAC/LTV) and finding the right strategies to accelerate growth. At On Deck, as the Chief Sales Officer we grew from 10M in ARR to over 400M over 6 years (including going public on the NYSE in December of 2014). At ShipBob I am the CRO, and over the last 5 years we have grown from an ARR of around 20M to over 1/2 Billion. Fun fact- I was the co-owner of a minor league basketball team in Upstate NY (one of our players was 7’8″ and could dunk without jumping)
