I am a CXO at Cegid, a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise software solutions, where I support our strategic plan to double our revenue by 2026. With 20 years of experience in customer experience transformation across various industries, I have a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and customer loyalty. As a member of the Executive Committee, I oversee CX and Customer Services, focusing on delivering differentiated and impactful customer journeys, transforming our customer services with generative artificial intelligence, and developing our technological capabilities with real-time solutions. I also lead change management and align and engage teams in the vision, strategy, and goals. I thrive in an international and multi-cultural environment, and I speak French, English, and Spanish fluently. My mission is to turn customers into fans, employees into ambassadors, and products into obsessions. A fun fact: I once started a Management Committee with the song from The Beatles “All you need is love” (I turned it into “All they need is love” referring to our Customers). Following this meeting, I exchanged with my boss and discovered that he was the brother of Pattie Boyd a muse who married Beatles star George Harrison and later on the guitarist Eric Clapton.
