Mindy is a proven strategic leader with over 15 years of experience building and fostering high-performing teams, leading large-scale research and product initiatives, and producing high-impact results through partnerships and system-level solutions. In her 10 years at ISTE, most recently serving as Chief Research and Development Officer, Mindy expanded the organization’s research and product capabilities, led product teams launching several new business units, and significantly expanded the organization’s foundation and corporate relations. Prior to ISTE, she served as senior research faculty at the University of Oregon where she led a national research agenda focused on developing and testing math edtech products for students with visual and hearing impairments. Mindy has a Masters in Educational Measurement, Policy and Leadership, and a Bachelors in Ethnic Studies from the University of Oregon.
