Professional experience with building products and leading teams in companies of various sizes: ranging from small start-ups to large enterprises. Successfully ran an engineering incubator for 6 years primarily focusing on building product prototypes and providing contracting resources (specialize in building strong remote teams in Eastern Europe) for several start-ups. Previous experience in leading engineering teams across different verticals: talent management, cybersecurity, analytics, and financial applications. Had opportunities to build products/organizations from inception, as well as taking mature products/organizations through transformational phases that included re-architecture, org re-design, optimizing for cost and/or performance. Not everything always resulted in success; plenty of bumps along the road, hence plenty of experiences to share.

Personal: Go full speed, get things done, but don’t take yourself too seriously; never lose your sense of humor and integrity. Married with two kids, recently got a dog; only dog truly loves me. Only wish I had a dog prior to getting married.
