He is the author and implementor of the Business-established Service Taxonomy (BeST) Framework, a tool that aligns mission, strategy, and service delivery with clear and consistent language. He is also a certified instructor for (ISC)2, the leading global organization for cybersecurity professionals, and has trained thousands of candidates for various certifications, such as CCSP, CISSP, and SSCP. Dr. Andrews is passionate about using his information technology, education, and organizational learning expertise to create a positive social impact.
