Luis Montes is a healthcare and health IT entrepreneur with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, dedicated to improving the clinical experience for both patients and providers through technology. After beginning his career as a physical therapist, he founded and scaled multiple therapy and health IT companies, with experience spanning skilled nursing, home health, outpatient therapy, medical devices, and enterprise software. He built and operated a multi-market outpatient therapy business, expanded therapy services into senior living communities and home health settings, and helped grow ACP to over 6,500 skilled nursing facilities nationwide. Following the successful exit of PatientDox, a HIPAA-compliant e-signature platform, he served as SVP of Strategic Partnerships and VP of Product at Casamba before founding Innova Health, where he now leads the development of a modern EHR and practice management platform used by more than 5,000 therapists across the post-acute care continuum. Outside of work, Luis enjoys staying active, spending time with his wife and son, and channeling his lifelong passion for soccer and tennis.
