I am currently CEO of Give and Take Inc., a company whose knowledge collaboration solutions help companies overcome the challenges created by the new model of work (remote, in-office and hybrid) while improving knowledge sharing, equity, and inclusion (the E and I in DEI). Prior to Give and Take, I was co-founder and former CEO of ForeSee, the leader in customer experience analytics, where he worked with many of the leading companies of the Fortune 500. I ran the company from day 1 until we sold for over 22 times the capital invested in the company. Prior to ForeSee, I served in executive leadership roles at Compuware and was CTO of Bank One.
I have served on the board of directors of various tech companies and other community/university boards. In addition to being on the board of Give and Take, I am currently on the board of Blueprint Health, a technology company bringing measurement based care to mental health practitioners. I have authored two books, Managing Forward and Innovating Analytics.
