Kunal Dalal is an AI educator, operator, and founder working at the intersection of agentic technology and K–12 education. He previously served as the first Administrator of AI and Innovation at the Orange County Department of Education, leading AI strategy across 28 districts serving more than 450,000 students. A former classroom teacher and school principal, Kunal brings a practical perspective on the leadership, change management, and implementation challenges that shape successful AI adoption in schools. He now leads GenerativEducation, advising school systems across the U.S. and internationally on AI literacy and agentic education, while also working with the Agentics Foundation and Cognitum.One on open-source AI infrastructure.
