Kimarie is the executive vice president and executive director contact center & customer engagement in the Client Solutions Group for Bank of Hawaii. She is responsible for the transformation of the bank’s contact center service experience and providing leadership to define and deliver a cohesive strategy for omni channel servicing across the bank. With more than 25 years of experience, she has spent the last decade focused on incorporating digital technologies in an evolving contact center. She was previously the senior vice president & customer success senior leader at Wells Fargo Bank. She spent her early career in product and innovation roles at internet companies before transitioning to an e-commerce position at Bank of America in 2006.
