Executive Director, Donor Engagement at Providence
Katie Colhoff, MBA, CFRE has over a decade of experience in non-profit fundraising with a focus in health care philanthropy. She has built and led teams responsible for donor engagement efforts including annual giving initiatives, peer-to-peer campaigns, fundraising events, donor stewardship, communications and marketing – leveraging donor data to drive decision making and online tools to maximize opportunities for donor engagement, retention and upgrade. She has led efforts at Providence resulting in record-breaking fundraising revenue and 20% donor count growth YOY in 2022. In 2023, she was recognized nationally and locally for her work, receiving 40 Under 40 awards from both the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy and the Portland Business Journal. Currently she is responsible for scaling donor engagement efforts at Providence to support foundations in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Texas and New Mexico. She spends her free time chasing her two young boys and playing guitar.
