With a passion for building high growth organizations, Josh Schwede has been building and leading teams and strategies to support fast-growing, venture-backed companies in the talent and HR technology space for over two decades. His experience at brands like HireRight, HireVue, QUESocial, and The Marcus Buckingham Company helped prepare him for his most exciting mission yet co-founding his own work technology platform, SPOTLYFE, which is tackling a very human problem – how we help people take back control in a noisy and chaotic world. Outside of work, Josh enjoys actively participating in his daughters’ sports activities and spending time with his wife and family outdoors
