I’m a strategic leader in B2B payments-focused Enterprise Software & high-growth FinTech companies with over 25 years’ of global experience. I have led the design, build, launch, business development and operation of three companies that built proprietary B2B payment processing systems, each of which have processed hundreds of billions of dollars of payments in dozens of currencies and countries on behalf of Fortune 100 customers and financial institutions like 3M Company, Kraft Foods, Citibank, Wells Fargo and Western Union. From 2017 to 2022, I lead a global customer success team at SAP, focused on our B2B payments & financing solutions and since 2022 I lead the global customer success and supplier enablement teams at Coupa Software, focused on growing adoption of Coupa Pay.
