Joanna has held senior roles at leading marketing organizations including Omnicom Health Group, Klick Health, Evoke Health, Saatchi Wellness, and Ogilvy & Mather. Her deep and varied experience includes consumer/HCP pharma, OTC, CPG, retail, B2B, and technology, with a passion for all things health. She has worked with blue chip pharma and biotech across a range of therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, neurology, cardiology, rare disease, infectious disease, and oncology. A hands-on leader and seasoned commercial and communications strategist, she offers a well-rounded, creative and practical perspective, especially amid today’s accelerated application of technology to improve health outcomes and drive commercial value. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University, where she studied International Business and French. Joanna also studied at the Institut d’Avignon, earning a certificate in commercial French fluency. She was recently an Adjunct Professor at New York University, teaching digital and social healthcare communications. In 2020, Joanna was nominated for the Medical, Marketing and Media Women of Distinction, which celebrates the contributions of the healthcare industry’s most esteemed female leaders. Newly transplanted to the west coast after 30 years in Manhattan, Joanna is discovering all the “secret stairs” in Los Angeles with her wife and two children!
