Jim Diller is a strategic advisor and trusted partner to investors, corporate boards, senior executives, and entrepreneurs. His 30-year career encompasses M&A, corporate finance, governance, real estate acquisitions, and workouts at industry-leading companies. Serving in corporate development roles since 1999, Jim has a track record of increasing shareholder value through disciplined evaluation, negotiation, approval, and execution of acquisitions (including transformational M&A), growth investments, strategic partnerships, and internal startups.

As an executive leader, Jim has had P&L responsibility and also served in key risk management roles through ownership of internal corporate governance controls. He is recognized for his highly collaborative leadership style and aligning the organization around complex and business-critical issues. Jim has also been awarded high marks for assembling teams of high performers and developing and mentoring leaders, while also leading departments through turnarounds and reorganizations. Jim is the CEO of Long View Capital Advisors, LLC, a financial services advisory firm. Long View provides Strategic Finance, Capital Markets, and M&A Advisory services to operating companies, real estate owners, PE firms, and software-as-a-service startups. Through Long View, Jim has advised Choice Hotels on the $675 million acquisition of Radisson Hotels Americas, served as a fractional CFO at a software company, led a capital raise effort and secured an MRR- based credit facility from SaaS Capital. Jim serves as a mentor to founder CEOs.
