Serving in corporate development roles since 1999, Jim has a track record of increasing shareholder value through disciplined evaluation, negotiation, approval, and execution of acquisitions (including transformational M&A), growth investments, strategic partnerships, and internal startups.

As an executive leader, Jim has had P&L responsibility and also served in key risk management roles through ownership of internal corporate governance controls. Jim is the CEO of Long View Capital Advisors, LLC, a financial services advisory firm. Long View provides Strategic Finance, Capital Markets, and M&A Advisory services to operating companies, real estate owners, PE firms, and software-as-a-service startups. Through Long View, Jim has advised Choice Hotels on the $675 million acquisition of Radisson Hotels Americas, served as a fractional CFO at a software company, led a capital raise effort and secured an MRR- based credit facility from SaaS Capital. Jim serves as a mentor to founder CEOs.
