Jean has over 20 years of experience in retail and is currently the CEO of Mashburn, LLC, a growing multi-channel men’s and women’s premium apparel and lifestyle brand and retailer. She leads a staff of over 160 people supporting the design, development, fulfillment, marketing, and sales of the Sid Mashburn and Ann Mashburn brands in 6 brick and mortar locations, e-commerce, wholesale, and a traveling trunk show program. Prior to joining Mashburn, Jean held merchandising leadership roles at Gap Inc. and Carter’s Inc. in both domestic and international divisions ranging from $30mm to $300mm in sales. She has a proven track record of driving growth, developing teams, and creating operating efficiencies. She received a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
