Janelle is a lifelong learner and is motivated by a good challenge! She joined Skuid in the early days, has now been there 9+ years, and has loved the challenge that comes with helping build a quickly growing organization. She is passionate about finding creative ways to find talent, craft benefits & employee engagement strategy, and implement policy and process while still maintaining a good and unique culture.
Janelle earned her bachelor’s degree at Houghton College in NY and received her MBA from University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. She also holds a SHRM-CP certification. She lives in Elkton, VA where she loves spending time outdoors with her two dogs and her family.
