I’ve helped build organizations from zero to 1 billion in revenue and from 15-5000 employees. My areas of focus are highly effective Sales and Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Product teams. Recognizing the importance of customer-centricity, I invest significant time in understanding the value to the customer and how to make sure we have the right ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and their unique needs, challenges, and aspirations. This approach not only ensures customer growth but also fosters loyalty. My overarching mission is to enable and empower leaders to drive rapid revenue growth through product adoption. I’ve helped lead 5 startups with 3 having gone public and 2 went through M&A events. Lastly, I’ve got 12 brothers and sisters so I come with an opinion and love working with great people. 😉
