Greg Brown has served as CEO of Illumia since January 2026. Prior to joining Illumia, he spent four and a half years as President and CEO of Udemy, where he led the company’s growth from $430 million to more than $750 million in revenue, guided it through its IPO, and helped drive the business to profitability. Previously, Greg served as CEO of Reflektive, a next-generation performance management platform, and held senior executive roles at Blackhawk Network, Achievers, and WebEx. Outside of work, Greg recently became a licensed pilot and now puts that skill to use flying back and forth to his office in Scottsdale.
