Eric has spent over two decades of his thirty year career in the SaaS software space where he developed a deep expertise in revenue team buildout and optimization. Today, Eric is the founder of RevDimensions, a specialized consultancy, which works specifically with early-stage SaaS companies in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific to help develop and optimize their go-to-market sales strategies. In addition, Eric helps SaaS companies navigate pivotal and challenging growth events by providing interim/fractional CRO support services.

Prior to his advisory work, Eric was instrumental in helping build the worlds leading digital AI Interviewing platform HireVue where he spent six years as the SVP of Sales growing the sales organization through its most pivotal years of growth. In 2019, HireVue exited for $510MM in a strategic private equity acquisition. Prior to this, Eric spent nine years at global Talent Management solution leader Taleo where he played a variety of roles in consulting, alliances, sales and ultimately leading Taleo”s Eastern North American enterprise sales team prior to its $1.8B acquisition by Oracle.

Eric is an expert in helping SaaS companies build high performing sales teams through diagnostic assessment, targeted actions and authentic coaching. He has a passion for developing sales leaders and takes pride in creating sales cultures that are fundamentally rooted in trust, clear on focus, and high in collaboration.
