Emily Gray is a senior sales, customer experience, and operations executive with over 15 years of experience helping SaaS and CX companies grow and scale. Most recently, she led the acquisition and post-merger integration of Playvox by NiCE, working across finance, product, and go-to-market teams to guide the company through a complex transition. Throughout her career, Emily has focused on building high-performing teams, delivering consistent growth, and keeping customer-centric outcomes at the center of her approach to leadership and operations. She is passionate about helping early stage organizations navigate periods of rapid change, bringing structure, focus, and hands-on leadership to support sustainable scale and growth. Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling and playing tennis with her family. She’s visited 25 countries, and they always look for a local court wherever they go.
