Dodge McFall is an accomplished business leader with more than 40 years of experience spanning management, product development, risk, marketing, strategic planning, sales, and business development across consumer products, financial services, and software organizations. He is known for his passion for people development, clear communication, strategic planning, and effective change management, having held increasing levels of responsibility throughout his career in both established companies and high-growth startups. Dodge holds a Master’s degree in Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University. Outside of his professional work, he is a dedicated participant in the annual Desert Caballeros Ride in Wickenburg, Arizona, one of the longest-running point-to-point horseback rides in the country.
