As a key decision maker in the Support/Success/Care departments for the largest SaaS companies in Canada (Shopify) and Israel (Wix.com), I’ve had the privilege of launching and expanding several initiatives to maximize the revenue generated through the Support team. Due to the rapid growth of these companies, I have experience with approaches that are designed for teams as small as 15 people all the way up to a department of 5000+. My approach tends to focus on using tools to reduce the effort of the user while leveraging human interactions to increase product adoption of features that are best correlated with the success of similar user types. Fun fact: Before my tech career began, I spent a year backpacking through South East Asia.
