Group GM, OCHRO Products at Workday
David is the Group General Manager of Products for the Office of the CHRO at Workday, where he is responsible for leading the vision, strategy and development of all HCM products in the Workday portfolio. He has more than 20 years of technology and product leadership experience including 14 years focused on enterprise HR software. He joined Workday in 2018 through the acquisition of Rallyteam, where he was Co-founder and CEO for three years. Prior to Rallyteam, David served as VP, Global Alliances and Strategic Initiatives for Cornerstone OnDemand, and previously held positions at Replicon, Ariba, The Walt Disney Company and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
