Dave Blake is the Founder and CEO of ClientSuccess, a B2B SaaS platform designed to help post-sales teams manage and scale customer success. A longtime leader in the CS space, Dave previously led Global Enterprise Customer Success at Adobe, where he managed a $420M portfolio and a global team of 115+ professionals, and served as VP of Customer Success for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts at Omniture. Across his career, he has built high-performing CS organizations spanning enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments while helping shape modern customer success practices. He is also the founder of the CS100 Summit, a leading event for customer success executives, and has been widely recognized as a top influencer in the field. As CEO of ClientSuccess, Dave has grown the company through multiple stages, completed three M&A transactions, and built a focused, profitable SaaS business. Outside of work, he is a father of five, a former BYU wide receiver, and an avid college football fan who enjoys waterskiing at Lake Powell.
