As Head of Creative at Mind Gym, I harnessed the talents of psychologists and designers to craft innovative behavior change solutions for global Fortune 100 companies. My role as the Head of People at Packet (now part of Equinix) was pivotal in providing cultural stability and HR leadership through acquisition. As Chief People Officer at MongoDB, we took the company through an IPO and doubled its employee base, all while championing performance, diversity, and a relentless focus on talent development. My tenure as a Founder/Partner at The Rise Group, showcased my skills and passion for advancing people and culture. An eight-year journey at ?What If! Innovation, (now part of Accenture), underscores my role as catalyst for enterprise-wide innovation transformations.
