Craig was the CEO of GetFeedback, where he helped the company grow to become the undisputed leader in customer experience surveys for the Salesforce ecosystem. He stayed on as an EVP & GM of the GetFeedback platform when it was spun out and sold to SurveyMonkey. He was formerly the COO of Campaign Monitor, and an SVP of Sales Strategy & Product Operations at Salesforce. Craig is now the COO of TalkWalker.
