He stayed on as an EVP & GM of the GetFeedback platform when it was spun out and sold to SurveyMonkey. He was formerly the COO of Campaign Monitor, and an SVP of Sales Strategy & Product Operations at Salesforce. Craig is now the COO of TalkWalker.
