Courtney Hardart is a senior executive with over two decades of experience in global talent strategy, executive search and brand management. She currently serves as Vice President, Global Talent at Tiffany & Co. where she leads global talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational effectiveness and talent development. Prior to Tiffany, she spent nearly twenty years at Spencer Stuart, where she rose from Associate to Partner in the firm’s Global Consumer & Retail and Apparel/Luxury Good Practices, advising Fortune 500 companies and Private Equity firms on leadership, executive & board recruitment. Earlier in her career she held marketing and brand management roles at Dom Pérignon (LVMH) and L’Oréal. Courtney has served as board director at the Runway of Dreams Foundation, supporting inclusive fashion for people with disabilities and currently serves on the House Committee at the University Club of New York. She holds a BA in Government from Smith College and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and also studied at the Universite de Geneve. Passionate about leadership development, diversity and building high performance teams, Courtney brings deep luxury goods and retail sector expertise with a global perspective to help organizations thrive through their people.
