Colin Yankee currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer for Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ TSCO). Colin is accountable for the end-to-end supply chain including global trade, merchandise financial planning, merchandise assortment analytics, global logistics, distribution center/fulfillment operations, continuous improvement, engineering, and reporting & analytics. In his role, Colin is responsible for supporting $15B in annual revenue across >2,200 retail locations, digital fulfillment, over $8B in annual inventory purchases, an operational budget over $1.5B per year, and leadership of over 6,000 people. Colin has 24 years of leadership and operations experience in fast paced and complex environments. During his career, Colin has built a reputation for operational excellence, driving enterprise change by storytelling with data, and taking on challenging assignments involving people, process, and technology. He has broad relationships across the retail, technology, and supply chain industries that allows him to leverage market knowledge for developing strategy and talent. Prior to Tractor Supply, Colin served as the Vice President of Logistics at Neiman Marcus and in a variety of roles at Target Corporation. Prior to joining Target, Colin was a Captain in the United States Army. Colin graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, earned a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management degree from Michigan State University, and advanced management certification from Columbia Business School.
