A customer experience thought leader and executive, Colin has spent over 15 years managing global customer experience organizations and promoting technological changemaking. He specializes in building customer experience organizations from the ground up, with a focus on scalability, infrastructural agility, product innovation, and gold-standard quality and efficiency. Previously, Colin served as AVP of Consumer Transactions at the event ticket marketplace, TicketNetwork, the inaugural VP of Customer Experience at the food tech company, Freshly, SVP of Customer Experience at the fintech company, Albert, and Senior Director of Customer Engagement at the SaaS company Freshworks. In terms of customer engagement strategies, Colin has wide experience in customer engagement of all types, including customer support, customer success, customer advocacy, online community, learning academies, social media, and voice-of-the-customer initiatives – truly, a 360-degree “customer experience” view. Last but not least, Colin is also an award-winning playwright whose plays have been performed across 15 states, as well as in New York City and London. He previously founded and led a theatrical not-for-profit organization called Spearhead Theatricals and managed multiple theatrical productions under its banner.
