He currently serves as Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where he leads the firm’s digital strategy, oversees its award-winning rewards program, and manages partnerships with Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, while serving on the Operating Committee. Previously, as Chief Digital Officer at Visa, he helped elevate the brand from the 20th to the 5th most valuable in the world, grew digital services from under one million to more than 80 million users, and led high-profile partnerships with organizations including the Olympics, FIFA, the NFL, Hudson Yards, and U.S. Soccer. At Hewlett-Packard, he revitalized the company’s digital presence by implementing a new technology stack that delivered significant cost savings and more than $1 billion in revenue impact, and later oversaw global marketing strategy and investment prioritization.
