I am currently the head of Product Management at Five9 (FIVN). Five9 is a leading contact center and coversational AI platform. Prior to Five9 I was the CEO and co-founder at Inference Solutions Inc. Five9 acquired Inference in late 2020 for >17x ARR. Peakspan was the main VC that helped fund the growth of Inference. My background is in Engineering research, particularly in the telecom, converasational AI and related automation technologies. I am based in the Bay Area in California but am originally from Australia.
