Cait Keohane is a seasoned executive and Customer Experience leader with a proven track record of driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence at top tech companies including Airtable, Zendesk, Marketo, and ServiceSource. At Zendesk, where she joined as one of the first 100 employees, Cait played a pivotal role in scaling the business to a $2B+ global company—leading post-sales operations, developing cross-sell strategies, and growing the Chat product line from $30M to $100M. She also served as Chief of Staff and SVP of Ops during Zendesk’s transition to private equity, driving strategy and transformation across the CX organization. Now Chief Customer Officer at Airtable, Cait oversees all post-sales and CX functions, building connected, data-driven experiences that drive long-term customer value.
