Brian Whalen is a seasoned finance executive with more than 30 years of experience across fintech, lending, and payments, specializing in building finance organizations and leading companies through periods of rapid growth and transformation. He currently serves as CFO and Interim CEO of Finally. Previously, Brian was CFO of Branch, where he helped scale revenue from $3 million to $150 million while leading a strategic pivot to a B2B2C model. He also co-founded and served as CFO of Blispay, which was acquired by Alliance Data, and held finance and business development leadership roles at PayPal and BillMeLater following its $1 billion acquisition by PayPal. Over the course of his career, Brian has raised more than $200 million in equity and debt financing and brings deep expertise in scaling high-growth technology companies.
