Bart Cloyd is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over 15 years of experience scaling software and technology companies. With deep expertise in financial strategy, operational execution, and business transformation, he has successfully led organizations through high-growth phases, SaaS transitions, M&A, and restructuring transactions. Currently, Bart serves as SVP, Business Finance at Verint (NASDAQ: VRNT), where he oversees financial and operational strategy, supporting executive leadership in driving growth and operational excellence. Previously, Bart was Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Amplience, the leading AI Content Company focused on AI-driven business outcomes. During his tenure, he shaped the company’s strategic direction, optimized financial and operational performance, and positioned Amplience for sustainable growth. Prior to Amplience, Bart served in key leadership roles, including CFO at JRNI, a global enterprise customer engagement platform, and Executive-in-Residence at Akmazo Capital, where he provided financial and operational guidance to high-growth technology companies. Earlier in his career, Bart held senior finance roles at Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT), where he served as CFO of Experience Management, leading the company through a SaaS transformation in the customer experience space.
