Currently, Aniqa serves as CFO & COO at Sales Layer, where she leads the company’s financial and operational strategy, strengthens its business model, and drives meaningful improvements in profitability and cross-functional alignment. Previously, she was CFO at Ecwid (acquired by Lightspeed Commerce), a fast-growing global e-commerce SaaS platform, where she played a pivotal role in executing disciplined, scalable growth, building high-performing global teams, and positioning the company for Series C funding and a successful acquisition. Earlier in her career, Aniqa held senior leadership roles at Cisco, overseeing major global initiatives, driving operational efficiency across multiple business units, and integrating key acquisitions including WebEx, Tandberg, and Starent, after building her foundation in assurance and audit at Ernst & Young and financial services at Morgan Stanley.
