Vice President of Professional Services at Cvent
Allison leads the Customer Success and Professional Services functions at Cvent, an industry-leading meeting and hospitality technology provider. During her tenure, Cvent has gone public twice and been taken private twice, first by Vista Equity Partners in 2016 and most recently by Blackstone in 2023. She loves building high performing teams with a focus on cultivating a thriving culture. Allison has experience developing a Center of Excellence to drive increased ARR Retention of Fortune 1000 customers. Prior to this role, Allison established the Professional Services function, operating as Cvent’s first consultant where she focused on life sciences and financial services customers looking to harness technology to drive cost savings. Allison led the implementation team through several acquisitions and evolved this function from a free offering to a revenue generating, customer expansion program. Allison received a BA from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. She currently resides in the beautiful Pacific Northwest where you can find her hiking, kayaking and enjoying the beautiful outdoors!
