I began my career in Spain in the mid 1990s working in technology, where I gained my first experience in digital marketing, website design, usability testing and UX research. Before founding UserZoom in 2007, I worked for companies including Dell Technologies, Icon Medialab (now DigitasLBi), and Proxicom’s venture in Spain (now Indra). In my leadership role at UserZoom, I managed the overall health, growth and performance of the business, working alongside UserZoom’s leadership team. I’m a featured speaker at industry conferences, where I hope to inspire the next generation of UX professionals and Product Managers to create innovative products and apply best practices in their work. I hold a BA in International Business from San Jose State University, where I played Div. I Varsity Basketball after getting an athletic scholarship. I’ve also been granted three technology patents by the USPTO. Still an avid basketball player, I live in Los Gatos, CA, with my wife, son and daughter.
